Use of Collected Data
While visiting our site, if you give us personal data in order to receive information from us, to pre-register for a course, or to pre-register for any continuing education seminar, we will collect and store that personal data. If you give us personal data in order to pre-register for our courses through an affiliate website, the affiliate may share the personal data with contracted service providers to verify the accuracy of the data and complete the registration process. We do not automatically collect your personal e-mail address, or any other data, simply because you visit our website.
If we partner with a third party to provide services and you sign-up for these courses, we will share your name and other contact information necessary for our partner to provide the course deliverables to you. If you view specific pages or download information from specific pages on our site, we will track and add the number of your visits to the aggregate number of visits by all users in order to better design our site. We may share aggregate demographic information with our affiliates. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify you or any other visitor to our website.

Americans with Disabilities Act
The Amery Medical Academy fully complies with the legal requirements of the ADA and the rules and regulations thereof. Please notify us if you have any special needs.
Amery Medical Academy ("Amery") reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond its control. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for courses cancelled by Amery will be refunded in full. However, Amery will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
Because of the high demand, cancellation of registration made 4 weeks prior to the course date will result in a full refund less a $1,000 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, due to the amount of preparation for the Level 2 & 3 Cardiac CTA training courses or the PVCTA training course, cancellations received 4 weeks or less will result in the full forfeiture of the tuition amount. Rescheduling within 2 weeks of the class is subject to a $1,000 rescheduling fee.
